My Seattle Wishlist

My Seattle Wishlist

Hey friends โค๏ธ!

I was actually supposed to be in Seattle from February 3-7 to visit my best friend, Adam. Due to the recent Omicron surge, I made the decision to cancel my trip a few weeks ago ๐Ÿ˜”.

That being said, I plan (or at least hope) to return to the Emerald City sometime in the spring! I decided the best course of action, for now, was to compile a list of things I would love to do next time in town.

Letโ€™s dive right in, shall we?

I love museums and I love pop culture! Thus, this is a no-brainer for me. I have never been here but by the looks of it, this is something I would most definitely enjoy. They have exhibits on Jimi Hendrix, horror movies, and much more. How cool is that?

Bainbridge Island is only a 35-minute ferry from Seattle. To put it simply, it appeals to me because of its cottagecore vibes. Thereโ€™s plenty of activities to do here including hiking and strolling around the downtown area.

The Flora Bakehouse is a bakery and cafe that Iโ€™ve seen on several Seattle Vlogs on YouTube. It looks yummy and quaint; perfect for long talks with a good friend over coffee or tea.

Thereโ€™s nothing like being able to enjoy nature with magnificent water views! On my last trip, I went to Gas Works Park and thought it was beautiful. However, Iโ€™ve heard Discovery Park is much larger and has more to explore ๐ŸŒฒ.

  • Hike

I would LOVE to hike in the PNW! Iโ€™m only a amateur but taking a long walk in the forest sounds absolutely lovely. If you guys have any suggestions for hikes, please let me know!

Before I go, there are some things on my last trip that I would definitely want to do again including visiting the Starbucks Reserve, the Pike Place Market, and of course, doing some book shopping.

Thanks for reading!

XOXO
