My Top 10 Favorite Amazon Purchases (So Far)

My Top 10 Favorite Amazon Purchases (So Far)

Hello everyone! Since COVID, most of my (& probably yours) shopping has been done online. Of course, this means I have purchased plenty of items from Amazon in recent months.

I decided to compile a list of some of my favorites for you all. Some of these items I purchased before March, but most of them have been COVID-fueled purchases.

All of the products I will be mentioning (with the exception of one splurge) are all pretty affordable! I will also be linking everything below. So without further ado, let’s get into my favorite Amazon purchases ever!

Sunglasses. jpg.jpg

Although I am a huge fan of cat-eye sunglasses, I do believe one must have a simple pair of black sunglasses to go with any outfit. After my beloved pair broke, I went on Amazon and found these. They are simple and incredibly sturdy. I’ve dropped them a few times and they haven’t broken or chipped! If for someone reason they do, I would 100% repurchase these.

Sunscreen.jpg

You guys, if you don’t wear sunscreen, that HAS to change. This is my all-time favorite facial sunscreen; I wear it every day! What I love about it, is that I can wear my makeup under it without any problem. It’s not greasy and it won’t leave a white cast. And as an added plus, PURITO is a Korean brand that is Vegan and reef safe.

Fitbit.jpg

I bought this Fitbit-like watch back when I was in college and just like the sunscreen, I wear it every day. Besides telling the time, it counts your steps, alerts you of calls/texts, and social media notifications. It’s pretty diverse and I absolutely love it. I like knowing how many miles I’ve walked (especially know that I’m more active). Overall, this is a great affordable alternative to a Fitbit. Just as a side note, this watch is NOT waterproof. Although it’s fine if you get it wet, just don’t submerge underwater!

Hair remover. jpg.jpg

Before COVID, I would go get my eyebrows and face threaded every 3-4 weeks. However, that’s just not possible anymore. As a result, I decided to give this electric facial remover a try. I purchased this back in April and honestly, it’s a must-have! All it needs is a AAA battery and you’re good to go. I use it all over my face including my forehead, upper lip, and the area around my eyebrows. It doesn’t hurt at all; you won’t even feel anything. For maintenance, make sure to unscrew the top to clean it out.

Water.jpg

To be honest, I’m not sure why I purchased this. It was very aesthetically pleasing to me and I said “why not”. Regardless of the reason, I’m glad I did. I, however, don’t use this for coffee, I use it for water! It keeps my water cold for the entire day and I like having it in my room or in my car. If coffee isn’t your thing, this would also be great for tea.

I used regular cotton rounds every day for toner or for removing makeup. Part of me always felt guilty for using so much and throwing them out. So, I decided to look for an environmentally friendly alternative and purchased these reusable ones. They are guilt-free and work fantastic. I keep them in a plastic jar and when I am done using one, I place them in the little bag it comes with (seen above). I wash them once a week in the washer machine in the said bag and leave them out to air dry.

I must admit that this was another random purchase. I somehow stumbled upon this purse on Amazon and thought it was cute. It’s made for concerts and stadiums that require clear purses, but I purchased it for everyday use. For the price, you would think this is a cheaply made product but it’s definitely not! It’s sturdy and fits more than you think. Unlike regular fabric purses, I love that I can easily wipe this down with a sanitizing wipe.

After seeing this pack of scrunchies on TikTok, I felt like I had to try them. I have thick long hair that takes forever to dry when I shower. These allegedly would help with that and I decided to give them ago and guess what, they work! After I get out of the shower, I brush my hair and put my hair up with one of these. They absorb a lot of water and after a few hours, my hair is still damp but not nearly as wet as it usually is. I was also pretty surprised they held my heavy hair up. Although I think over $16 is a little pricey for scrunchies, these are definitely high quality.

Picnic.jpg

This is my latest Amazon purchase and I am in love. Now that I spend more time in nature and in parks, I decided I needed something that was more than just a regular sheet. This picnic blanket is compact, lightweight, and waterproof. If you plan on spending more time outdoors, I highly recommend you purchase this or something like this to make it easy and comfortable!

Yes, this is the splurge I mentioned earlier. For my birthday, I purchased this mini fridge for my skincare products. It’s small and compact but has just the right amount of space for my serums and face masks. If you have been wanting one of these but aren’t sure about it, do it! Of course, you can also use it for coke cans and such.

The end!

Well guys, that is it for this week! I hope you all enjoyed this blog post. I truly love every single of these products and I use most of them every single day. Thank you for reading and I will see you next week with another post on The Leslie Life, bye for now!

XOXO
